1 General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the jeta8 platform and its related services. By using this website or application, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to jeta8 immediately. jeta8 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

Users may use the platform only for personal entertainment and lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing the platform or playing games using any automated bot, script or software.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Abusing any bonus or promotion system or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to harm other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and the balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — applicable for all payment methods. Accepted payment methods on jeta8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

jeta8 reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC process is not complete. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeta8 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any offer:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total wagering requirement must be met at 20 times the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified time period; the bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another is still active, unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms.
• jeta8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.

5.3 VIP Program

The jeta8 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher tiers are reached through regular active play. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in all games and sports betting events on jeta8:

6.1 Fair Play

The outcome of all games on jeta8 is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). No employee or third party can influence the outcome of any game. The platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

6.2 Betting Limits

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
